I have a holistic approach to your mental health and well being in my psychotherapy and counselling practice. I hold you in a safe space and most often in deep healing to support you personally, professionally, culturally and/or ancestrally.

I support men, women, couples, community leaders, healthcare workers and professional clients. I work with clients experiencing trauma, grief and loss, addictive behaviours and addictions, eating disorders, body symptoms, bullying, stress, anxiety and ancestral wounds personally, in family, and in the workplace.

My work is person-centred and trauma-informed. I embrace evidenced-based modalities which continue to develop in my practice. My work with clients includes Process Oriented Psychology, Jungian and Steiner theory, Eastern philosophies, Compassionate Inquiry Method, Somatic Experiencing work, Internal Family Systems, Gottman Method, Polyvagal theory, Attachment theory, and esoteric women’s work, among other methodologies.

Now in my sixties, I am a mother, a partner, and a former business owner working as a communications specialist in high-stress environments with not-for-profits, academia, corporates, professional services and community. I retrained in the counselling and psychotherapy field, and I have a Masters in Psychotherapy and Counselling holistic practice (Metavision Institute TEQSA and PACFA accredited).  I also have 25 years’ experience in esoteric women’s work.

This sees a weaving of many years’ experience and wisdom into my holistic psychotherapy and counselling practice.

I work from my clinics in a discreet location in Moruya, and Batemans Bay at Soul Tribe, on the NSW South Coast, in person and on zoom for local, national and international clients. My hours are 8am to 6pm (EST) Monday to Friday. Weekday appointments after 6pm and Saturday appointments from 9am to 12pm also available on request.
